Happy Holidays Prime Timer's! 

We're busy planning our Invitational which will be Jan. 23, 2025. Lookout has been open since Nov. 8th so we're expecting a great season!  

We will have lunch together on the 23rd at 12:00 in the Montana Room.  Lunch is $10.00 pre-paid, including tax and gratuity. This is always fun with lots of door prizes!

Dinner at the Wallace Elks on the 23rd is a "Cowboy Barbecue" at 6:00. Dinner is $30.00 pre-paid, including tax and gratuity.  Choose Barbecued Ribs or Chicken; be sure to include your choice with RSVP.  

Please make checks payable to Lookout Prime Timers; also include first names and the club you are from. (Cell # if you would like to be notified upon receipt of check) 

Lookout honors season pass holders from other mountains with a half-price discount Mondays through Thursdays(nonholiday).   Also, on Thursdays there is a SPECIAL of two lift tickets for $75.00.

The Wallace Inn has offered the following:

1.  Your club members call the hotel directly to book their rooms for the 23rd and tell the front desk person they are booking for Primetimers.  They will have to call directly; we will not be able to discount rooms or food if they book online or especially with 3rd party sites like hotels.com. PH# 208-752-1252

2.  They will be given a discounted rate equal to 10% off the regular room rate. (I set the rates to be the same as last year, with an upstairs single queen starting at $124). Guests will get 10% off whatever room type they choose.

3.  The front desk will ask the guest how many people will be attending the breakfast for that room, for each person attending the breakfast $18 +18% gratuity, total cost = $21.24 + sales tax will be added to the reservation.

4.  At check-in the guest will be given ‘tickets’ to the breakfast according to how many people they paid for.

The Stardust Motel (208-752-1213) is an alternative for staying at the Invitational.  Their rates start at $93.60 for a room.
